Social Script Builder (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an AI-powered communication coaching and conversation practice tool. This Disclaimer explains the limits of what our Service is, what it is not, and how you should and should not use it.
By using Social Script Builder, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Not a Substitute for Professional Care
Social Script Builder is not a mental health service, medical device, healthcare provider, or therapy platform. Our AI is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker, or medical professional, and nothing it says constitutes diagnosis, treatment, therapy, medical advice, or any form of clinical care.
If you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition — including but not limited to anxiety, depression, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, or any other condition — please consult a qualified, licensed professional. Our Service is designed as a supplemental practice and skill-building tool only.
The use of terms such as “exposure,” “practice,” “coaching,” or “training” within our Service refers to communication skill development. These terms are not intended to describe or substitute for clinical exposure therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, or any other evidence-based psychological treatment delivered by a licensed clinician.

3. AI Limitations
Social Script Builder uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, feedback, and simulated conversations. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate. You should evaluate any output critically before relying on it in real-world situations.
- AI responses are generated based on statistical patterns and do not reflect the views, opinions, or professional judgment of any human expert.
- The Service may produce different responses to the same input, and prior outputs are not guarantees of future outputs.
- We do not warrant that the Service will improve any specific outcome in your life, including social skills, relationships, career advancement, or mental health.
4. Use by Therapists and Mental Health Professionals
Important notice for licensed professionals: Social Script Builder is a general-purpose practice tool. It is not HIPAA-compliant, and we are not willing to enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) at this time.
If you are a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, social worker, or other mental health professional, you must not enter Protected Health Information (PHI), identifiable client information, clinical notes, or any data that would be regulated under HIPAA, state mental health record laws, or any analogous regulation into the Service.
You may use the Service for your own personal communication practice and skill development. You may discuss Social Script Builder with clients as a recommended self-help resource, but you may not use the Service to deliver clinical care or as part of a treatment plan.
5. Use by Schools and Educators
Social Script Builder is not a clinical or therapeutic intervention. Schools, educators, and counselors using the Service should treat it as a communication skill-building resource only. The Service is not designed to identify, screen for, diagnose, or treat any mental health condition. If you suspect a student is in distress, please refer them to your institution’s mental health support resources and follow your institution’s mandated reporting procedures.
6. Age Requirements
Users must be at least 13 years old to use Social Script Builder. Users between 13 and 17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
7. No Guarantees
We make no representations or warranties about specific outcomes from using the Service, including but not limited to:
- Reduction of anxiety or other symptoms
- Improvement in dating, friendships, professional relationships, or any other social outcomes
- Performance in interviews, public speaking, conflict resolution, or other specific scenarios
- Suitability of the Service for your particular needs or circumstances
Your results will vary. Social Script Builder is a tool — what you get from it depends on how you use it and many factors beyond our control.
8. Third-Party AI Providers
The Service uses AI models provided by third parties (which may include providers such as Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, or others). These third-party AI models have their own limitations, biases, and content policies. We do not control the underlying behavior of these models and are not responsible for their output. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your inputs may be processed by these third-party AI providers, subject to their own terms and our Privacy Policy.
